Hybrid Steel Mix
Hybrid Steel Mix is a high-performance operational blend based on angular steel grit produced from bearing steel and spherical cast steel shot, combined in precisely selected proportions. This mixture ensures high cleaning speed, consistent surface roughness, and a bright, clean, uniform finish without darkening or shadowing.
The elevated chromium content in bearing steel provides intermediate performance between traditional high-carbon steel abrasives and media used for stainless-steel blasting applications.
- Extended service life
- Angular grit is produced by crushing bearing steel without melting.
- Due to its forged structure and higher Cr content, its lifetime is at least 20% longer than that of cast angular grit.
- During operation, particles gradually form an arc shape, stabilizing the working mix.
- Higher blasting efficiency
- Spherical shot increases flow velocity and boosts cleaning intensity.
- The combination of angular and spherical particles delivers fast, powerful, and uniform blasting.
- Clean and homogeneous surface
- Reduced risk of dark spots, shadowing, or surface contamination.
- Ideal for stainless steel and alloy steel processing.
- Cost efficiency
- Lower consumption per m².
- No need for equipment modification or turbine adjustments.

Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot
Premium abrasive for precision blasting, cleaning and finishing
Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot is a high-performance abrasive produced by cutting stainless steel wire and optionally conditioning it into a perfectly round shape. Manufactured from AISI 304, 201 or 430 grades, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance, minimal dust generation and extremely long service life.
This media is ideal for aluminium, stainless steel and non-ferrous materials where cleanliness, brightness and contamination-free processing are critical.
- No corrosion or staining on treated surfaces
- Perfect shape consistency → uniform blasting profile
- Very low dust thanks to high durability
- Extremely long lifespan compared to cast stainless shot
- Pure chemistry — no carbon contamination
- High impact resistance due to wire-drawn structure
- cleaning and finishing of aluminium, stainless steel, titanium
- matte finishing, satin finishing, polishing
- oxide and scale removal without discoloration
- pre-treatment before painting or anodizing
- delicate components, thin-walled parts, medical tools
- food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries
