Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coils (PPGI)
Prepainted galvanized steel coil (PPGI) is a steel sheet with a protective polymer decorative coating applied to its surface.
Also known as polymer-coated or color-coated steel coil, this material combines the high corrosion resistance of galvanized steel with the aesthetic appearance and durability of a polymer layer.
The polymer coating can be in various colors and textures – glossy, matte or decorative (imitation of wood, granite, etc.).
The organic coating provides resistance to ultraviolet light, weathering, mechanical damage, and also allows for easy forming, profiling or stamping of products.

Areas of Application
Construction Industry:
Used in structural elements for low-rise buildings, steel frameworks, sandwich panels, insulation and HVAC systems, metal roofing, profiled sheets, culvert pipes, cladding, window reinforcements, and plasterboard mounting systems.
Automotive Industry:
Applied for manufacturing exterior and interior car body components and for repairing public transport body parts such as buses and trams.
Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing:
Used in the production of casings for electrical and mechanical devices, household appliances, measuring instruments, and industrial packaging.
